滚珠螺母内滚道的磨削及砂轮修整 被引量:1

摘要 本文分析了磨削双圆弧形滚珠螺母内滚道的精度,详细讨论了砂轮轴截形参数及砂轮-螺母相对位置参数对滚道法截形误差的影响,提出了补偿误差的方法。此外,本文还介绍了所研制的砂轮修整系统。 This paper analyses the accuracy of grinding a dual-arc-shape internal ball- screw, discusses the influence of the parameters of grinding wheel profile and relative position of grinding wheel-ballnut on the normal profile error of the internal ballscrew, and proposes a new method in compensation for profile error. In addition, a developed grinding wheel dressing device is introduced.
