在箕斗的设计过程中,箕斗内壁的转换应力是容易被忽视的,这样,就会造成箕斗结构设计上的不合理。在考虑转换应力的基础上,对箕斗工作状态下的内壁压力进行分析,并结合实例用数值计算方法进行计算。该计算方法有利于合理设计箕斗,减轻箕斗本体重量。

In the process of designing skips, the diversion stress of skip inner wall is easy to neglect, hence, the design of skip structure has some deficiencies. Based on considering the diversion stress, the pressure of skip inner wall in the working condition is analyzed, and an example is calculated by numerical computation method. By using this method, the structure of skip is better, and the weight is lower.
