摘要
主要针对某集团提升机板链工作过程中的断裂现象,模拟现场的工况设计夹具,在4 0 0t拉力机上进行抗拉断试验,并对板链的材质进行了分析和比较,判断能否正常使用,给出了合理的建议及改进措施。
The hoist is an important machine in the industry factory, the link-plate of the hoist often fractures in the process of running. This paper analyzes the reason of fractures of the link-plate through simulating the practical working condition of the link-plate, then designs a kind of fixture to strength the intensions of the link-plate and the tensile tests of the fixture are made on the testing machine of 400t. At last, some rational advices and measures are given after the material of the link-plate is analyzed.
