摘要
根据铰刀结构特点和工作原理,将普通标准麻花钻修磨成精孔钻头并配合一些其它措施来精加工孔。加工后孔精度可达0 .0 2~0 .0 4mm ,粗糙度Ra1.6~3.2 ,已接近铰孔质量,在单件生产或修配中,若没有合适的铰刀,可采用此钻精孔的方法。
This text is based on the reamer structure characteristics and operation principle, to grind ordinary standard twist drill into precise hole drilling bit, and then to finish machine hole with some other measures. After processing, the precision of hole can be up to 0.02~0.04mm,the roughness R a1.6~3.2. It has been closed to the quality of reaming hole. While producing or repairing the damaged parts in single one, if there is no suitable reamer, this method of drilling precise hole has certain function of at a critical juncture, to solve difficult problems.
