久益6LS-05型采煤机三体间联接强度不足改进方案

摘要 久益6LS - 0 5采煤机左右牵引箱与电控箱三体间的联接强度严重不足,使用中常出现因部分M30联接螺栓断裂而导致整体联接强度降低,从而使设备在不良的情况下导致左右牵引箱或电控箱多处产生裂纹。改进牵引箱与电控箱的联接强度效果显著。 We find that the left, right gearcases and main controller is in lack of coupling strength of JOY6LS-05 shearer. During the operation, the integral coupling strength reduced because of the M30 bolt broke, so that the shearer work in the bad condition and the left, right traction gearcases or the main controller brings to some cracks. We bring forward the measures how to improve the strength of the traction gearcases and the main controller and put it into use. It produces strong and marked effect.
