A Tentative Discussion on Citizen Education

从公民教育的社会背景出发,澄清了公民和公民教育的基本概念,在此基础上,提出了加强公民教育的措施: 创造一个有利于公民教育的社会环境,公民教育要特别突出权利意识教育和创新教育,在学校中建设包括公民教育和公民训练在内的公民教育课程体系。

This paper clarifies two vague fundamental definitions regarding how to define citizen and citizen education beginning from the social background of the citizen education. Based on this, the paper gives measures to strengthen citizen education: creating a social environment beneficial to citizen education; people's consciousness of right and creative education must be highlighted; a system of educational programs consisting of citizen e-ducation and citizen training should be constructed.
