摘要
在新的医疗条件下,医学院校耳鼻咽喉科的教学面临着教学内容和临床实践、教学要求和教师配置两对主要矛盾。为提高耳鼻咽喉科教学质量,应对授课内容、教学方法、课程设置和教师配置进行必要的改革,以增强教育效果,促进学生素质的提高。
Under the new medical condition, there are two major kinds of contradictions in teaching otorhinolaryngology: one of them is between teaching content and clinical practice;the other is between the teaching demands and the collocation of the teachers. In order to improve the teaching quality, we have made a reformation in the content,the method, the course setting and the arrangement of teachers. Thus educational effect can be strengthened and the qualities of students can be promoted.
