摘要
教师对学生的错误进行批评时,学生往往会在维护自尊心、调和错误事实与自认为正确的矛盾心理支配下,对自己的错误行为进行强词夺理的自我辩解,拒绝接受批评和改正,甚至导向逆反行为,因此,教师要分析学生产生自我辩解的原因及特点,然后进行积极诱导、逐步化解,使学生自觉地放弃强词夺理的强辩行为。
When teachers criticize students, the students usually try to defend themselves with the idea of defending self-esteem, reconciling mistakes and considering themselves right and refuse to accept criticism and don't want to correct mistakes on their own initiative. Furthermore, they may take some opposite actions.So teachers should analyze the causes and characteristics of defending themselves, then guide them correctly,resolve the mistakes gradually and make the students give up defending themselves voluntarily.
