摘要
本文主要介绍应用铁谱技术进行汽车发动机磨损状态监测与工况诊断的结果,其中包括:(1)通过铁谱技术监测实地运行状态下汽车发动机的磨损工况、磨损趋势和类型,以及相应的磨损曲线和磨损颗粒平衡浓度值的变化范围;(2)对汽车发动机改型样机磨损状态的监测和诊断,以对样机的摩擦学设计提供科学的评价和分析。研究结果表明,铁谱技术是进行汽车发动机磨损工况监测和故障诊断的一种有效工具。
This paper describes the results of monitoring and diagnosing wear condi-
tion of several automobile engines of type EQ6100 by ferrography. The conte-
nts are: (1) the monitoring of wear condition, wear tendency and wear type of
several automobile engines of type EQ6100 by ferrography, and the wear curves
and the range of variation of wear particles density; (2) investigation into wear
state under eifferent stress conditions by ferrography in redesigning an auto-
mobile engine of type EQ6100-I, in order to provide a scientific basis for
evaluating and analysing the tribological performance of the prototype of the
engine with wear information recorded by ferrograms. The results indicate that
ferrography is an effective tool for monitoring and diagnosing the wear condi-
tion of engines in situ.
