Thoughts on the New-term Democratic Centralism Construction of the Leading Group in Colleges

民主集中制是中国共产党的根本组织原则和领导体制,也是高等院校的根本组织制度,是高校领导班子建设的关键。本文着重从五个方面对新时期如何加强高校领导班子民主集中制建设进行探讨。

Democratic centralism is the cardinal organizational principle and the leading system of the CCP. Also it is the basic organizational system and the key to leading group construction in colleges. This paper does a reseach on how to enhance the new- term democratic centralism construction of leading group from five aspects.
