深圳市空调冷却塔水军团菌污染状况调查 被引量:16

摘要 目的了解深圳市宾馆、大型写字楼、地铁等各类建筑物的空调冷却塔水军团菌污染状况。方法随机采集中央空调冷却塔水样品并进行细菌培养和鉴定,再以聚合酶链式反应(PCR)等方法加以验证。结果共采集水样28件,分离到1株军团菌,经鉴定为嗜肺军团菌Lp1型。结论深圳市中央空调冷却塔存在军团菌的污染,需引起重视,防止军团菌病发生。 Objective To investigate the contamination status of cooling water of central air conditioning syatem with Legionella pneumophila in in hotels,buildings and subways in Shenzhen City. Methods Cooling tower water samples from central air conditioning system were randomly taken,cultured and then Legionella pneumophilia was isolated.Pobymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used for confirmation of the differentiation. Results Twenty-eight cooling water samples were collected and a strain of Legionella pneumophilia serovar Lp1 was isolated. Conclusion The water in cooling tower of central air conditioning system in Shenzhen City has been contaminated with Legionella pneumophilia and measures be taken for preventing infection with Legionella pneumophilia.
