广东省流感网络实验室的运转及评价

Evaluation of the running status of Guangdong influenza surveillance network laboratory.

目的了解广东省流感监测网络实验室的运转情况,为确保网络实验室的敏感性提供科学依据。方法通过问卷和现场调查的方法,根据《广东省流感监测规范》对当地实验室的监测质量和水平进行全面评价。结果全省流感网络实验室都配有专职人员和实验室,但是部分实验室资料记录不完整,个别缺乏必备的仪器设备。2003年全省采集流感样病例标本4176份,分离到510株流感病毒,阳性率为12.2%;其中H3N2亚型流感48l株,乙型流感29株。各市病毒分离率在0～28.9%标本采集合格率是79.3%～100.0%,市级实验室结果和省级实验室结果符合率30.0%～100.0%,省级实验室结果15d内反馈率是92.7%。结论广东省流感网络实验室在流感监测中可以发挥重要作用,但仍应强化广东省流感监测规范的要求,进一步提高实验室检测技能。

Objective To understand the working status of Guangdong influenza surveillance network laboratories, and to ensure all laboratories performing to high level of sensitivity. Methods The level and quality of network laboratories were evaluated through questionnaire and on-site investigation according to 《guideline for influenza surveillance of Guangdong》. Results All network labs have assigned full-time technical staff and specific rooms, however, The test records had not been well done, and necessary equipments were lacked in part labs. In 2003, 4 176 influenza-like specimens were obtained, and 510 influenza viruses were isolated, the positive rate was 12.2%. Of these, 481 were influenza A(H3N2) viruses. 29 were influenza B viruses. Among 7 prefecture laboratories, the isolation rate were between; The timely rate of specimens collected within 3 days after onset were 79.3%～100%, The results coincident rate were 30%～100%, comparing prefecture labs with provincial influenza-lab, and the results feed-back rate of provincial influenza-lab within 15 days was 92.7%. Conclusion Network labs could play an important role in influenza surveillance. However, it is necessary to improve technician and strengthen surveillance according to 《guideline for influenza surveillance of Guangdong》.
