地氯雷他定联合法莫替丁治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察

Observation on the clinical effect of desloratadine combined with famotidine for treatment of chronic urticaria.

目的观察地氯雷他定联合法莫替丁治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法慢性荨麻疹患者随机分配进入治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服地氯雷他定和法莫替丁,对照组单用地氯雷他定,疗程均为14d,疗程结束时评价疗效。结果治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为87.5%和70.8%,两组比较差异有显著性(χ2=4.423,P<0.05)。药物不良反应轻微。结论地氯雷他定联合法莫替丁治疗慢性荨麻疹能提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe clinical efficacy of desloratadine combined with famotidine in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods The cases of chronic urticaria were divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in the treatment group were orally given desloratadine and famotidine for 14 days, and those in the control group were only given desloratadine for 14 days. Results The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 87.5% and 70.8% respectively, there was a significant difference in the effective rates in two groups (χ 2=4.423,P<0.05).The adverse effect was mild. Conclusion Compared with desloratadine for the treatment of chronic urticaria ,desloratadine combined with famotidine can increase clinical efficacy.
