毛细管气相色谱检测蔬菜中多种有机磷农药方法的探讨

Discussion on the determination of several organic phosphorus insecticides in vegetables by using capillary gas-phase chromatography.

目的建立用毛细管色谱柱检测蔬菜中17种有机磷农药的快速检验方法。方法以HP-5毛细管色谱柱,用FPD检测器,通过程序升温进行检测。结果方法的变异系数为3.3%～5.2%,添加回收率为88.4%～105.6%,最低检出限为0.005～0.022mg/kg。结论本方法具有精密度高、分析速度快、分离效果好、回收率高等优点,具有一定的推广价值。

Objective To set up a quick testing method for detection of 17 organphosphorus pesticides in vegetables by using capillary gas Chromatography. Methods To test with HP-5 capillary chromatogram clumn,by using FPD tester,through processing temperature rising. Results Method's variance quotient is 3.3%～5.2%;vegetable adding recollection rate is 88.4%～105.6%,minimum testing limit is 0.005～0.022mg/kg. Conclusion This method is of high accuracy,analysis quickness,separation effective and high recollection rate,and is highly recommended.
