现代艺术如何转向后现代艺术

HOW WAS MODERN ART TRANSFORMED INTO POST MODERN ART?

究竟现代主义艺术是如何转向后现代主义艺术的呢?首先是在两个总体性概念下的转换:即由历时性转向共时性,或称之为历史意识和深度解释的存在转向历史意识和深度解释的消失;其次是艺术家讲求个性风格与自我的中心转向仿像的机械复制与观念的“去中心”,以及由此而产生的现代主义艺术之“焦虑”向后现代主义艺术之“耗尽”的新病态的转换;最后是追求自律的审美观念转向商品化倾向的消费观念。艺术以至文化中的这些逻辑转换关系,为我们确定了现代主义艺术和后现代主义艺术这两个不同文化分期的艺术内容。

How on earth was modern art transformed into post modern art? The very transformation took place in accordance with the two general concepts: First, the historical quality was trasformed into contemporary quality, i.e. the existence of historical consciousness and profound explanation was transformed into the disappearance of historical consciousness and profound explanation. Second, artists’ personality style and self centre were transformed into imitatively mechanical duplication and “off centre” of modes of thoughy, from which modern art’s anxiety was transformed into “exhaustive” new morbid state of post modern art. Lastly, the aesthetic conception of the pursuit of self discipline was transformed into the consume viewpoint of commercializaticn tendency. The logical relations of transformation of art and literature had established the artistic contents of the two different cultural phases of modern art and post modern art.
