电子政府使得政府绩效目标系统的设计更加科学,使得政府绩效测定系统的运作效率更高,使得政府绩效分析系统的判断更准确。以电子政府为基础,构建政府绩效评估体系必须:信息技术为政府绩效评估提供技术支持;构建电子政府绩效评估系统;设计以信息技术为基础的现代政府绩效评估的指标体系。

The core of the electronic government is not technology, but creating a new government by the technology. The electronic government makes the design of target system for the government performance more science. It makes the determining system of the government performance more efficiency. And it makes the judgment of the analyzing system of government performance more accurate. Based on the electronic government, creating the government performance analyzing system must do something as follows: the information technology providing the technical support for government performance evaluation, setting up the electronic government performance evaluation system, designing the index system of performance evaluation for modern government on the base of modern information technology
