关于夜郎竹王传说,也有诸多版本,虽各说不一,但始终离不开“水、夜郎”两者的关系。本文利用大量的第一手历史资料,对各种各样的传说和记载进行逐一梳理,并对照于用爨文记载的绝版“夜郎竹王传说”,深入浅出地论述了自己的观点;从创造爨文的民族———彝族的“竹灵崇拜”习俗中,追溯和求证竹王神话的母胎要素一定与彝族古代社会的竹灵崇拜有关。

There are many versions of the 'Bamboo'King of the Yelang Kingdom,the focuses of which are water and the Yelang Kingdom.This paper analyzes the first-hand historical documents,reviews a variety of legends,makes reference to the Yin language-written legend of the 'Bamboo'King of the Yelang Kingdom,and proposes the close relationships between the legend of the 'Bamboo'King of the Yelang Kingdom and the Yi people's worship of the bamboo spirit.
