摘要
DH-5胶粘剂是采用氧化-还原引发体系进行接枝共聚所形成的双组分室温固化胶粘剂,系无嗅、低挥发性的新型第二代丙烯酸酯类胶粘剂。本文用DSC法对DH-5胶粘剂进行了固化过程反应动力学的研究,求得其表观活化能及反应级数,为第二代丙烯酸酯胶粘剂最佳原料配比的选择、控制固化反应温度及反应速度、提高胶接质量等方面的研究提供了理论依据。
Adhesive DH-5 is prepared by the reaction of graft copolymerization with an redox initiative system, it is a new typic dieomponent SGA adhesive with the characters of low evaporativity, nontoxic and can be solidified at room temperature. This paper presents an attempt to analyze the solidification reaction kinetics of adhesive DH-5 by DSC and to obtain its apparent activation energy and reaction order. The attempt will provide a theoretical basis for the selecting of optium components, the controlling of the solidification reaction temperature and rate, in order to improve the adhesion of the SGA adhesives.
