碱性成纤维生长因子在多发性骨髓瘤塑包切片中的表达

摘要 目的检测多发性骨髓瘤(MM)骨髓活检塑料包埋切片中的碱性成纤维生长因子(b-FGF2)的表达情况,探讨b-FGF2在MM发病机制中的作用。方法对20例初诊的MM患者和10例正常对照者进行骨髓活检,制成塑料包埋切片,应用免疫组织化学SP染色法检测骨髓组织中b-FGF2表达及MVD测定,进行分析研究。结果20例初诊MM患者骨髓中MVD高于对照组,12例b-FGF2表达阳性。结论b-FGF2和MM的血管生成密切相关。抑制b-FGF2的分泌将有可能成为一个新的有效的治疗方法。 Objective To explore the detection of Basic fibro blast growth factor (b-FGF2) in multiple myeloma (MM) plastic-embedded sections of bone marrrow biopsy, and investigated the role of b-FGF2 in MM patient's pathogenesis.Methods Bone marrow biopsy were done in 20 patients with newly diagnosed untreated MM and 10 normal donors. The expressions of b-FGF2 and MVD were detected in plastic-embedded sections by immunohistochemical SP method.Results The MVD of MM patients with newly diagnosed untreated were significantly higher than those in normal donors. B-FGF2 expression was positive in 12 cases of the 20 cases.Conclusion There is a close relationship between b-FGF2 and MM angiogensis. To restrain expression of b-FGF2 might be a novel target for treatment of MM.[
