摘要
目的探讨下肢动脉硬化闭塞症手术治疗的方法及并发症处理。方法回顾我院应用血管旁路手术治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症临床资料及有关并发症处理体会。结果手术12例。症状完全缓解8例,好转2例,无明显改善2例。结论血管旁路手术是治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的有效方法,术前应正确评估下肢动脉的缺血情况,术中选择有效的流入/流出道及合适的血管移植物,术后应给予适当的抗凝、抗聚治疗。
Objective To investigate way of operation and management of complications in arterial sclerosis occlusion of lower extremity(ASO).Methods To analyze clinical dates and complications of operation treatment in by pass in ASO.Results Operated in 12 cases.The symptom alleviate completely in 8 cases,turn for the better in 2 cases,have no obvious improvement in 2 cases.Conclusion The operation of by pass is the effect way in treatment in ASO.Correct estimate ischemia in lower extremity.To choose effect inflow/outflow and right vascular graft in operation.Giving proper anti-coagulate and anti-gather treatment in postoperation.[
