摘要
本文通过对MODIS资料中植被、水体、土壤等不同地物的光谱特性进行分析,得出了可用于洪涝监测的通道,并提出了MODIS洪涝监测遥感资料处理流程和水体的量化判识指标。利用上述流程、方法和判识指标对2003年渭河流域发生的近50a来最严重的洪涝灾害的整个发生和发展过程实施了动态监测,制作了MODIS渭河遥感洪涝监测动态变化图像和水情专题图,并估算了淹没面积。为政府和防汛部门科学有效地组织救灾提供了可靠依据。
Based on analysis of the MODIS data spectrum characteristics of the vegetation, water body and soil, this paper suggested the work flow to process the remote sensing data for monitoring the flood and put forward the quantified indexes to identify the flood. By using of the above process,methods and identified indexes we actualize the dynamic monitoring in the flood of Weihe river which is regarded as the most serious in the past 50 years, manufacturing the image of dynamic monitoring the flood in Weihe River and special subject diagram by MODIS data, and then estimated the flood area.
