摘要
本文提出了一种新的太阳电池测试技术方案,并用此方案研制成便携型、通用型及精密型太阳电池测试仪器,它能测量单体太阳电池、太阳电池组件、组合板及方阵。本系列仪器的主要特征是设计了微秒级短脉冲太阳模拟器,它比目前国外流行的长脉冲太阳模拟器有更多优点。这一改进使测试仪在小型化、低成本化方面取得了突破,还使有效辐照面积能根据需要大辐度增加。由于设计了简单有效的单次超短脉冲峰值捡测器,使仪器的电测精度提高到±0.5%以内。
A new method for solar cell test technique is suggested. According to this method, a series of portable, versatile and precise solar cell test instruments have been developed. They can be used to test solar cells, modules, panels and arrays. The main character of this method is the adoption of short pulse solar simulator of microcecond range, It has more advantages than the long pulso solar simulator of millitsecond range, which is popular abroard; Just because of this improvment, a breakthrough is made in miniaturization and low cost, and still the authors can gain greater effective irradiated area whenever it is necessary. Since one kind of simple but effective peak detector for measuring single super-short pulse has been developed, the tess precision increases to the range ±0.5%.
