摘要
根据铝带坯连续铸轧过程瞬态凝固、流变成形的特点,同时考虑影响辊套与铸坯传热界面的接触热导问题,建立了铝带坯连续铸轧过程热力耦合有限元分析模型。在对AN SYS有限元分析软件进行二次开发的基础上,探索了适合于铝带坯连续铸轧这一复杂多重非线性问题热力并存耦合分析的途径,得到了铝带坯连续铸轧过程的温度场及应力-应变场的分布规律。仿真分析结果与实测结果进行了对比分析,二者基本相符。
According to the characteristics of transient solidification and rheological forming in continuous roll casting process, a set of thermal-mechanical coupling equations had been set up. With ANSYS finite element analysis software and based on the secondary development with its APDL language, meanwhile considering the thermal contact conductance between casting roller and strip, a way to conduct multi-nonlinear thermo-mechanical coupling analysis suitable for aluminum strip roll casting process was explored. Based on the simulation of thermo-mechanical coupling process analysis in the rheological forming of continuous roll casting, the variational rules of temperature field and stress-strain field were obtained. Simulation results are compared with experimental ones, both are basically matched.
