摘要
以摩托车管式车架为例,用UG的二次开发工具GRIP和ANSYS的APDL模块编写接口程序,实现UG的CAD三维车架图形到ANSYS三维刚架有限元模型的自动转换。该工作对复杂空间管架类结构的有限元自动建模有普遍应用价值。
Taking a motorcycle tube frame as an example, the use of the secondary development tool GRIP of UG and the APDL module of ANSYS to compile the interface program can help, realize the automatic change from the CAD three-dimensional frame graph of UG to the three-dimensional rigid frame finite element model of ANSYS. This work is very practical for finite element automatic modeling of complex space tubing structure.
