摘要
通过降低中包过热度、降低拉速及采用拉矫机实施轻压下等措施,明显改善了SWRH82B钢铸坯的中心偏析。同时摸索出了适合其工艺和设备要求的轻压下工艺参数。
The central segregation of the continuous casting bloom of steel SWRH82B has been prominently reduced by taking such a few technical measures as cutting down the over heat of the hot metal in the tundish,lowering the casting rate of the continuous casting bloom and implementing soft reduction technique with a drawing and straightening machine.In the meanwhile the process parameters of the soft reduction suitable for the requirements of operation and equipments have been determined.
