摘要
应用有限元法对某混铁车铁水脱硫喷枪的支撑钢结构形式、钢管结构形式的几何布置等方面进行了动态仿真,显示了喷枪内部几何结构形式的变化对喷枪热应力的影响规律。
The inner configurations such as geometrical layout of the steel support structure and steel pipe structure for the hot metal desulphurization lance of a hot metal mixing torpedo have been dynamically simulated by finite element method,and the law of effects of the inner configuration changes in the lance on the thermal strees of the injection lance accordingly revealed.
