摘要
为优化双辊薄带连铸布流系统的结构,通过水力学模拟研究了双辊溶池内流体的流动,并使用浪高仪对双辊溶池内的液面波动进行了测量。重点分析了不同分配器结构尺寸、不同溶池高度以及流量(拉速)等参数对溶池内液面波动的影响,从而为双辊薄带连铸布流系统的设计提供了依据。
In order to optimize the configuration of the feeding flow system in the twin-roll continuous casting process of thin strip stock,hydraulic simulation tests have been carried out on the liquid flow in the pool and the fluctuation of flow level measured with a level detector.Effects of different configurations of the submerged nozzles, the pool height and flow rate (drawing speed) on the fluctuation of the flow level have been empathetically analyzed.The experimental results will provide a reliable basis for design on the feeding flow system of the twin-roll continuous caster of thin strip stock.
