基于区域要素极化式聚集的梯度推移粘性研究

A Research of Stickiness of Grades Process Based on Polarized Collection of Productive Factors

梯度推移理论认为,高梯度地区产业总是在不停地向低梯度地区推移。我国东、西部地区长期以来存在着差距,近年来,尽管出台了许多区域优惠政策,但区域经济水平差距依然很大,梯度推移现象不明显。本文通过实证分析发现,我国东、西部地区在梯度推移过程中存在着劳动资本和技术等生产要素的极化式聚集,从而导致梯度推移粘性。

The theory Grades Process holds that industries of higher grades are in constant transfer to lower grades.Although some favorable policies have been brought about recently, the differences between the east and the west still exist; therefore, the phenomena of Grades Process are not obvious.In this paper, the writers present empirical analyses and find out the causes of differences between the east and the west,which include polarized collection of labor, capital and technology.
