摘要
以16个引进和自选的常规玉米自交系及其ae近等基因系为基础材料,测定了自交系本身及其组配杂交组合的直链淀粉含量。结果表明,简单回交转育成的品种ae基因能显著提高其直链淀粉含量,但只有ae基因籽粒的直链淀粉含量仅为50%左右,缺乏商业应用价值。遗传背景对直链淀粉含量的影响主要表现为非加性效应,注重正向修饰基因的积聚,通过轮回选择等手段提高育种群体直链淀粉含量,是高直链淀粉玉米育种的有效途径。
Sixteen conventional cron inbred lines and their near iso -genetic background aeae inbred lines were used as the basic materials to analyse the amylose content of these inbred lines and their hybrids . It is concluded that the amylose content in the kernels can be remarkably improved when they are introduced with the ae gene by backcross and the main influence of genetic background on the amylose content is non-additive effect. A hybrid simply introduced with the ae gene is usually lack of commercial value because its amylose content is only about 50%. It may be effective to improve the amylose content to gather modificatory genes by recurrent selection.
