摘要
本文报告自１９９２年４月至１９９３年８月，我院肝胆外科施行电视腹腔镜胆囊切除术（ＬＣ）１３０例，手术成功１２６例（９６．９％），中转手术４例（３．１％），无一例死亡，发生并发症２例（１．５％）。作者介绍了ＬＣ的手术方法，对ＬＣ的适应症、禁忌证、并发症及中转手术做了讨论。
During Apr.1992 to
Aug.1993,l30 cases received laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC)were performed in the
hepato-biliary surgery departmant.126 cases were brought to success (96.9%)and the other 4
cases were changed into open operation(3.1%).There was no mortal-ity,but complications occurred
in 2 cases.The method of LC was introduced.The indications,contraindications,complications of LC
and which should change into open operation were discus- sed.
