摘要
文章在问卷调查的基础上,采用因子分析法提取出测度项目投资效果的6 个主要风险因素。然后,采用多元相关分析法探讨这6 个风险因素与项目投资效果的相关关系,找出影响项目投资效果的关键因素。文章以此为基础,还运用单因素方差分析法比较了影响北京、上海、西安、广州和武汉地区项目投资效果的关键性区域风险因子。
Based on a questionnaire survey and factor analysis, six main factors are extracted as the measures for the effect of project investment. By multivariable correlation analysis, the relationships between the six factors and the effect of project investment are discussed and six variables are found critical. Finally, using oneway ANOVA, the critical factors influencing project investment are compared among Beijing, Shanghai, Xi’an, Guangzhou and Wuhan.
