重组人肿瘤坏死因子与干扰素对卵巢癌的协同细胞毒性

摘要 以噻唑蓝(MTT)法测试重组人肿瘤坏死因子(rHTNF)和重组人γ干扰素(rHIFN-γ)单独及联合应用对两种人卵巢癌细胞OVCAR3和CAOV3的细胞毒性。结果显示,这两种细胞因子对两种卵巢癌细胞均有一定的剂量依赖性细胞毒性;低剂量rHTNF与rHIFN-γ联合对两种细胞有明显的协同增强细胞毒性。本研究为临床联合应用这两种细胞因子提供了依据。 We examined the cytotoxic activities of recombinant human tumor necrosis factor(rHTNF)alone and in combination with recombinant human interferon-γ,(rHIFN-γ),against twohuman ovarian cancer cell lines,OVCAR3 and CAOV3,using the MTT assay. The results sho-wed that cytotoxicities of the two cytokines against the two cell lines were dose-dependent,andsynergistic enhancement cytotoxicities of rHIFN-γin combination with a low dose of rHTNF onthe two cell lines were remarkable.This study suggest that the combination therapy of rHTNFand rHIFN-γ will be a new approach against human ovarian cancer in clinic practice.
