摘要 苯胺是广泛应用的化工原料,亦被列为环境优先控制污染物之一。本研究是在有氧水条件下,将活性污泥作为接种体,使用改良斯特姆法测试苯胺的生物降解性,并对影响其生物降解性的因素进行了研究。试验结果表明,28d后苯胺的生物降解百分率为83.2%,按照OECD对有机物完全生物降解试验的分级标准,苯胺属于可完全生物降解有机物。 Aniline is a widely used reagent in the chemical industry and is listed as a priority concern among environ-mental contaminants. The Modified Sturm Test was used to determine aniline biodegradability under aerobic aqueousconditions with activated sludge as the inoculating medium. Factors affecting aniline biodegradability were studied.Aniline biodegradation was 83.2% in 28 d. According to OECD classification standards for organic substance biode-gradability experiments, aniline is classified as a completely biodegradable organic substance.
