摘要
采用菌丝生长测定法测定了0.4%低聚糖素(OS)水剂对水稻纹枯病菌、小麦纹枯病菌、油菜菌核病菌、辣椒立枯菌、瓜类棉腐病菌、黄瓜枯萎病菌6种植物病原真菌的离体抗菌活性,结果表明,OS对这些病菌具有不同程度的抗菌活性,其中对水稻纹枯病菌和油菜菌核病菌的活性最高,EC50分别为34.56μg/ml和33.17μg/ml;而对黄瓜枯萎菌的活性最低,EC50达122.87μg/ml。田间试验表明,OS对水稻纹枯病的田间防效与井冈霉素相当,可用于田间防治水稻纹枯病。
The in vitro activity of an oligosaccharide (OS) 0.4% soluble concentrate against six plant pathogenic fungi,Rhizoctonia solani, R. cerealis, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, R. solani, Pythium aphanidermatum, and Fusarium oxysporumf. sp. cucumerinum, was determined by a mycelia growth method. OS activity varied between the six pathogens. Thehighest OS activity was determined against R. solani and S. sclerotiorum, with EC50s of 34.6 and 33.2 μg/ml, respectively.OS activity was lowest against F. oxysporum f. sp. cucumerinum, with an EC50 of 122.9 μg/ml. In the field, OS was aseffective as jinggangmycin against rice sheath blight, and thus may prove useful for control of this disease.
