建立科学的费用支付方式.既是合理控制医疗费用的关键,又是推进医疗保险制度改革的重点和难点。就各种医疗保险费用支付方式进行了比较.提出了推进我国医疗保险费用支付制度改革的建议。
Established scientific payment means is the linchpin to control the irrational increase of medical expenditure and accelerate the reform of medical insurance system. This article compared various medical insurance payment methods, and put forward some advice of the payment methods reform.
