The Situations and Measures of Infant Birth Qualities from 2000 to 2004

目的分析2000-2004年围产儿出生素质现状.寻求提升出生人口素质的相应对策。方法采用对医院连续性监测的方法,监测内容为围产儿死亡、出生缺陷、低出生体重儿,按孕妇居住时间分常住人口和流动人口2组人群,列表分析及x2检验。结果围产儿死亡率从2000年的11.53‰下降到2004年的7.31‰,常住人口围产儿死亡率为2.22‰.流动人口围产儿死亡率为10.22‰,P<0.01,2组人群差异非常显著;出生缺陷从2000年的9.23‰上升到2004年的16.81‰.常住人口出生缺陷发生率为6.66‰,流动人口出生缺陷发生率为13.63‰.p<0.05,2组人群差异显著;低出生体重儿发生率从2000年的70.35‰下降到2004年的22.66‰.常住人口低出生体重儿发生率为42.19‰,流动人口低出生体重几发生率为45.34‰,p>0.05.2组人群差异无显著性。结论提升出生人口素质应充分利用现有的卫生资源,尽早开始围产期保健,为流动人口创造卫生保健条件。

OBJECTIVE To analyse the situations of infant birth qualities from 2000 to 2004, and to seek the measures of improving the birth population qualities. METHODS The way of continue monitoration to the hospital was adopted, and the texts were infant deaths, birth defects and low birth -weight babies. Two groups' women according as the dwelling time of pregnant women were divided into permanent residents and drifting populations, and analysed by listing and Chi-Square Test. RESULTS The death rates of infants fell from 11.53‰ in 2000 down to 7.31‰ in 2004. The rate of perinatal infant in permanent residents was 2.22‰while that in drifting populations was 10.22‰, and there was a significant differece in two groups. The birth defects rates increased from 9.23‰ in 2000 up to 16.81‰ in 2004. The rate of infant in permanent residents was 6.66‰while that in drifting populations was 13.63‰, and there was a significant differece in two groups. The low birth-weight infants' rates decreased from 70.35‰ in 2000 down to 22.66‰ in 2004. The rate of low birth-weight infants in permanent residents was 42.19‰ while that in drifting populations was 45.34‰, and there wasn't a significant differece in two groups. CONCLUSIONS To improve the birth population qualities, the exist health informations should be taken good advantage of , the perinatal period cares should be started early, and health care conditions should be created for drifting populations.
