免疫金双重标记技术在垂体瘤电镜诊断中的应用

The Use of lmmunogold Double Labelling in the Electro-microscopic Di-agnosis of Pituitary Adenomas

在同一张切片上，同时使用不同直径的金标记物，显示２种或２种以上的抗原，称免疫金双重标记及多重标记。我们采用同一种动物来源的５种抗体，按每张切片用两种抗体交叉组合的方法，对１１例人脑垂体瘤组织进行了胶体金双重标记及定量分析，获得了垂体瘤细胞分泌颗粒中５种激素比较精确的亚细胞定位的结果，并对临床诊断及肿瘤病理形态分型，提供了有益的依据。

the technology using two or more different immunogold labelled antibodies on onesection to show he precence of different antigens is called immunogold double labelling or poly-labelling. In this study,11 cases of human pituitary adenomas were immunogold labelled andquantitativly analysised with five types of antibodies from the same animal. For each case, twoof the five types of antibodies were crossly used on one section. The results showed that thismethod may get more procise locations of the five kinds of hormones in pituitary adenoma cellsand can provide more helpful clinical diagnosis and pathological typing.
