摘要
针对铝合金舟桥甲板结构,基于MSC/OPTISHAPE中的均匀化方法给出了其拓扑优化,进而基于MSC/NASTRAN给出了其尺寸优化.以某舟桥结构为背景,以应力作为约束条件,给出了铝合金甲板受轮式载荷作用时上下表板以及夹心斜板的最小重量优化设计,并对所得的优化解进行了线性稳定性校核.所得结果对工程实际有一定的参考意义.
This paper aims to give an optimization analysis for the aluminum alloy pontoon deck panel. The topology optimization is carried based on the homogeneous method by the usage of MSC/OPTISHAPE, and then the size optimization is finished based on MSC/NASTRAN. By taking a potoon deck panel under the action of wheel load as an example, the minimum weight optimization is finished for the deck plate thickness with stress as constraint. The buckling verification is carried for the optimized deck structure. The present numerical results give some reference for practical engineering design.
