红檵木花红色素提取物抗菌活性研究初报

Priliminary study report of anti-virus activity of the pigment extracts of Loropetalum chinense var.rubrum Flower

用20%乙醇加微波处理提取红檵木花红色素,正丁醇、石油醚、乙醚、乙酸乙酯对粗提液进行纯化,牛津杯法检测花红色素粗提物及色素的各级提取物的抑菌活性,以诺氟沙星的抑菌活性为对照,计算抑菌系数。结果表明红檵木花红色素粗提物及各级提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌痢疾杆菌的生长有明显的抑制作用。

The red pigment in Lorpetalum chinense var.rubrums flowers was extracted with microwave treatment and 20% ethanol,steppurified with alcohol buty1,petroleum ether,ether and ethy1 acetate.The antibacterial activities of the extract and its gradocal extractions against the three kinds of bacteria were determined by Oxford Cup method,then the microbiostatic cofficients were calculated contracated with norfloxacin.The result is that the extracts inhibit the growth of shigella dysenteroae and staphylococlus aureus efficaciously.
