车辆轮对检修生产线信息化改造与控制系统设计

Information Reform and Control System Design of the Production Line for Inspection and Repair of Vehicle Wheel-sets

介绍了目前车辆段轮对检修的现状及存在的问题,结合轮对检修线的改造,提出了通过在检修工位增加控制终端、安装流向传感设备、增加采集接口等手段,把整条检修线集成到统一的网络环境下,实现轮对检修工序的过程控制和信息化管理。

The present conditions and problems existing in inspection and repair of wheel-sets in depot at present are described. In combination of the reform of the inspection and repair line for wheel-sets, it is put forward that, through such measures as increase of control terminal, installation of flow direction sensor equipment, increase of collection interface at the inspection and repair working position, the whole inspection and repair line is integrated into the united network environment, so as to realize the process control and information administration of the wheel-set inspection and repair procedure.
