摘要
１２只成年杂种犬按以颞肌为供血蒂的下颌骨升枝骨肌瓣和下颌骨升枝骨块游离移植分组，分别修复同侧上颌骨或颧弓缺损。结果：移植的骨块均生长良好，无坏死表现。用下颌升枝骨块修复颧弓缺损厚度适宜，恢复外形最佳。颧肌部分做为供血蒂后，其余部分组织学观察无明显改变。利用下颌骨升枝为供骨源修复上颌骨或颧弓缺损，就近取材，血供良好，成活率高，手术易行，操作简便，是种可供临床应用新的修复方法。
The purpose of this study was to further explore
ways and means of reconstruc-ting maxilla using mandible flap.12 dogs were divided into 4
groups according to free bone graftand osteo-muscle mandible flap. The results revealed healing
of all bone grafts was satisfactory.Anterior part of the mandibular ramus was suitable to the
restoration of defects of the zygomaticarch. The significance of the results was discussed.
