摘要
40%SF6注入兔眼玻璃体腔后,气泡体积无明显扩大,气体平均7天吸收。SF6对眼组织无毒性及刺激性,气体与晶体后囊接触,可引起可逆性后囊下皮质混独,与气体的干燥作用有关。ERG和VEP的波幅值、峰潜时无明显的变化。
The gas bubble
did not markedly enlarge following 40% SF6 injected into therabbit vitrous cavity, witch the gas
absorbed in mean 7 days. The SF6 was no toxic and stimuli-tive to the ocular tissues. The reverse
cortex opacity of posterior capsular. A dry action of thegas was responsible to it.The amplitude
and park lentence of ERG and VEP did not changeobviously.
