摘要
本文就电硅热法冶炼硅钙铁的主导反应,硅还原氧化钙的热力学,以及冶炼中的几个工艺参数进行了讨论。认为冶炼过程中的主导反应是2CaO+Si=2Ca+SiO2;炉渣组成位于2CaO·SiO2-液二相区内,可以保证合适的冶炼温度和最大的氧化钙活度;电硅热法冶炼硅钙合金的产品含钙量难以超过33%.
Abstract Through study on the dominant reaction in producing Si-Ca-Fe by electrosilicothermic process, the thermodynamics of silicon reducing CaO and several technological parameters, the author considers: the dominant reaction is 2Cao + Si = 2Ca + SiO_2; The composition of slag lies in 2CaO·Sio_2-liquid biphase zone, and that can assure proper smelting temperature and maximum activity of Cao; the product's calcium content in CaSi by electro-silicothermic process is little more than 33%.
