急性脑血管意外后高压氧治疗对血糖的影响

Comparative research on the effects of hyperbaric oxygen treatment for acute cerebrovascular accident on the blood sugar

目的分析高压氧治疗对急性脑血管意外患者血糖的影响。方法将180例急性脑血管意外患者随机分为高压氧(HBO)治疗组(A组)和对照组(B组),分别测量两组患者治疗前后血糖浓度。结果高压氧治疗后急性脑血管意外患者血糖浓度较对照组明显降低。结论高压氧治疗能使急性脑血管意外后升高的血糖降低,促进病损的脑组织修复。

Objective To explore the effects of hyperbaric oxygen treatment on the blood sugar in patients with acute cerebrovascular accident.Methods 180 patients with acute cerebrovascular accident were divided into two groups by random:therapy group and control group,and these two group patients' blood sugar concentration were measured respectively.Results After hyperbaric oxygenation,cerebrovascular accident patients' blood glucose concentration lowered than that of control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen treatment reduced the elevated blood sugar in patients after acute cerebrovascular accident,and promoted the repairment of injuried brain tissues.
