重庆市103例角膜捐献者资料分析

The analysis to 103 corneal donors in Chongqing

目的通过对重庆市角膜捐献者资料进行分析,探讨促进我国角膜捐献的策略。方法对1999年3月至2004年6月重庆市眼库实现身后捐献角膜的103人的资料进行分析,包括:年龄、性别、职业、文化程度、捐献的动机等。结果103人年龄分布在2～93岁之间,其中50岁以上占64人(62.14%);捐献人群主要集中在主城区;其职业包括工人、农民、企事业单位干部及管理人员、医务人员、教师、个体户等;死因以恶性肿瘤及心脑血管疾病为主;捐献角膜的应用率为79.61%。结论重庆市志愿身后捐献者逐年增多,但离现实需要差异甚远,尽快立法并加强眼库的自身工作,有望大大提高捐献率。

Objective Through studying data of corneal donors in Chongqing,we had discussed some strategies about corneal donation at the present stage in china.Methods The information of 103 eye donors were analyzed in this article since Chongqing eye bank was founded,including their age,sex,degree of culture and motivation of donation et al.Results Age distribution of 103 corneal donors were from two to ninety-three years old,in them sixty-four(62.14%)donors were above fifty years old.These donors were concentrated on city.Their job was worker,farmer,cadre,medical staff,teacher et al.Cause of death were malignant tumor and cardio-cerebrovascular disease in the main.The utilization rate of eyes was 79.61%.Conclusions Donation volunteers are increasing year by year in Chongqing,but demand of corneas were much more than donation,we ought to legislation as soon as possible and try ourselves best to do well on job of eye bank in order to improve corneal donation rate.
