双手微小切口超声乳化白内障吸除术临床观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察双手微小切口超声乳化白内障吸除术的临床疗效。方法对42例(42眼)老年性白内障患者采用双手微小切口超声乳化白内障吸除术进行治疗,观察术中超声乳化时间,手术并发症、术后视力及角膜内皮细胞密度的变化。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,术中超声乳化时间为0.47~3.68分钟,其中Ⅳ级核超声乳化时间平均为(1.80±1.05)分钟。术后1周最佳矫正视力0.3~0.8共16眼,0.8以上26眼。术中未见明显并发症,术后2眼角膜轻度水肿,2眼术后3月发生后发性白内障。结论双手微小切口超声乳化白内障吸除术是一种安全、可靠、疗效好的白内障手术方式,特别是对硬核白内障,具有其他术式无法比拟的优势。 Objective To observe the clinical outcome of bimanual microphacoemulsification.Methods Bimanual microphacoemulsification were performed for 42 senile cataract eyes.The study items included hacoemulsification time,operative complications,postoperative visual acuity and the change of corneal endothelium cell density.Results The phacoemulsification time was 0.47~3.68 min(for Ⅳ grade nuclear the mean time was 1.08±1.05min),The best corrected visual acuity were 0.3~0.8 in 16 eyes,0.8 or better in 26 eyes.During the operation there was no obvious complication.After surgery,corneal mild edema were found in 2 eyes,secondary cataract were found in 2 eyes.Conclusions Bimanual microphacoemulsification is a safe?effective and reliable method for cataract,especially for the hard nuclear cataract.
