摘要
目的了解淮北地区产超广谱β-内酰胺酶细菌的表型分布及检测的最佳底物选择。方法用1999年NCCLS推荐的标准,采用纸片扩散法从147株大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌中筛选出可疑产ESBLs细菌,并用确证试验加以确认。结果116株大肠埃希菌和31株肺炎克雷伯菌中共检出69株产ESBLs细菌(46.9%),将初筛得到的可疑菌株用纸片扩散法进行确证试验,头孢噻肟和头孢噻肟/克拉维酸测定,检出69株产ESBLs细菌,而用头孢他啶和头孢他啶/克拉维酸检测ESBLs阳性菌为32株。结论淮北地区进行ESBLs细菌检测时,应选择头孢噻肟和头孢曲松作为初筛试验的底物,选择头孢噻肟和头孢噻肟/克拉维酸测定作为确证试验的底物。
Objective To investigate the phenotype distribution and perfect substrates of strains producing extended-spectrum β-lactamases (ESBLs) in Huaibei area.Methods Double paper diffusion screening test and phenotypic confirmatory test from NCCLs (National committee for clinical laboratory standards)were performed to detect the 147 strains of K.pneumoniac and E.coli of ESBLs.Results Sixty-nine strains of ESBLs were detected from 116 strains of E.coli and 31 strains of K.pneumoniac (46.9%).In double paper diffusion test, 69 strains of ESBLs were certified from the suspected strains screened by Cefotaxime and Cefotaxime/Clavulanate,and 32 strains of ESBLs certified by Ceftazidime and Ceftazidime/Clavulanate.Conclusion Cefotaxime and Ceftriaxone can be substrates for the screening test and Cefotaxime and Cefotaxime/Clavulanate can be the substrates for the certified test in Huaibei area.
