摘要
本文根据液压传动的基本理论,设计出二种推移油缸的新的控制油路,有效地解决了液压支架推移油缸产生的推移力与实际需要相矛盾的问题;而且控制推移力的油路及缸体结构都简单可靠,支架的维修量也相应地大幅度下降;同时支架在完成推移工作时,节能显著,综合经济指标明显提高。
Based on the basic theory of hydiaulic transmission, two new kinds of controlling hydraulic circuit for pushing-moving cylinder are designed in the paper, and the contradiction between pushing-moving force and the practical need is effectively solved. The controlling circuit of pushing-moving force and cylinder construction are all simple and reliable. As a result, the work to repair and the energy to complete the pushing-moving of support are greatly reduced. correspondingly, and the comprehensive economic index is increased obviously.
