介绍了防老剂RD的反应机理。总结了防老剂RD主要的两种合成方法:两步合成法和一步合成法,并指出了其优缺点。对国内防老剂RD的工艺技术现状和产品质量进行了剖析,认为“无溶剂一步合成法是迄今为止生产防老剂RD的最佳工艺路线。
The reaction mechanism of antioxidant RD was introduced.The main synthesis methods of antioxidant RD were reviewed including two-steps and one-step methods and the advantages and disadvatages of two methods were pointed.The situation of industrial technology and the quality of the product were analyed. The method of solvent free and one-step synthesis is one of the best methods so far.
