摘要
通过对高炉冶炼工艺及上料系统工作循环过程的研究,设计开发了高炉上料控制系统。该系统自动化程度高,配料精确,能有效提高产品品质和质量,生产效率高,故障率低,使用周期长。
The blast furnace feeding control system is designed by studying the technics of blast furnace smelting and the circulation of feeding. This control system has the characteristics of high automation and accurate delivering, so it efficiently improves the quality of products and alleviates the intensity of labors. This system also reduces the failure rate and prolongs the cycle of using.
